I Almost Do

I’m not normally a Taylor Swift fan, but her new album Red is my current obsession. Track 7, “I Almost Do” is hands down my favorite song. “Dear John” is my all time favorite Taylor Swift song, but this is a close second. The lyrics tell the story of wanting to call or talk to someone, but knowing that you can’t. I think we’ve all experienced this at some point.

Katy Perry once said “The best lyrics are the ones that give you goosebumps or make you cry in public or help you realize the answers.” That’s what this song is for me. So many things that I’ve been dealing with since the summer and decisions I have made seem to have the answers written in the lyrics of “I Almost Do.” These are the types of songs I LOVE to share!
